Publish a job advertisement

You can post a job advertisement for free by registering as an employer or by logging in if you already have an employer account. When you register, you will be asked for your name, email address and to create a password. We recommend that you choose a work email address. Registration does not bind you to anything. Register as an employer here.

After registration, you can fill in your company information, and add your logo and company profile. For a job advertisement, you need job information, a text for the job advertisement, a cover photo, and an URL where you want to receive applications (*optional).

We search job advertisements from open public sources, such as the TE services website. The job advertisement will show if the source is TE services and therefore the application will be directed to the address indicated in the TE services website.

 

We will automatically create login credentials for you when we have retrieved a job advertisement from an open source. You can use your account to edit the job advertisement - for example its content and appearance, or where incoming applications are directed.

 

If you don’t make any changes, applications will be automatically forwarded to the email address used when posting the job on the TE Services website.We’ll email you as soon as your job ad receives an application through Jobportal.For security reasons, we recommend updating your password after your first login.

 

I didn't get a new password

 

You can request a new password on the login page by clicking the “Forgot your password? Reset it here” option. We will send a new password to the email address you have provided.If necessary, you can contact customer support by email at asiakaspalvelu@jobportal.fi or by phone at +358 20 734 6902.

 

Deleting an account


If you would like to delete your account, please contact us at asiakaspalvelu@jobportal.fi or call us at 020 734 6902.

To publish a job advertisement, you must first login as an employer. If you are logging in for the first time after registration, you will need to fill in your company details in the My information section. Add your company name, the name and email of the recruiter, company phone number, logo, business ID and address. You can also add the company’s web address and a company profile. This information will be displayed at the end of your job advertisement. If the job is posted from an open source, some of your company information will already be filled in.

Sharing an account with another person

 

You can share your company profile with selected individuals by adding their name and email address in the “Personal Details” section.The added users will receive an email containing their login credentials. They will also receive the same email notifications as the profile creator and have access to all the same information and views as the profile creator.

 

When you remove a user from the list, they will no longer be able to log in to the profile using their previously issued credentials. You can add the same user again after removal, and they will receive new login details.Please note that you cannot add a user to an employer profile if they are already registered as a job seeker in Jobportal.

Reactivation of the job advertisement

 

Our system stores expired job advertisements, so you can return to your previous listings and review their statistics. You can also reactivate an old job advertisement at any time.You can find your previous job advertisements under “Inactive”.If you have previously purchased a campaign package for an ad that you wish to reactivate, you may do so without concern — there is no charge for reactivating the advertisement itself.If you would like to purchase a campaign package again for that specific ad, you can do so by clicking “Buy campaign package” after reactivating the advertisement.

I can't post a job advertisement

You can edit a job ad by logging in with your credentials and selecting the “Open” button.At the top and bottom of the ad, you will find the “Edit” button. After making your changes, remember to save them by clicking “Publish” at the end of the ad.You can preview the ad before publishing it.

 

If you want to delete a job advertisement, please log in and select "Delete" under the job advertisement.

You can add multiple companies to the same user account. You can switch between companies from the left-hand side of the page and create tailored job ads and campaigns for different companies. You can submit a new job ad by clicking “Submit Job” or “Create New Job” and filling in the form.


You can find the applications submitted to your job ad in your company profile. You will receive an email notification when new applications are received. With Jobportal, you can communicate directly with applicants and easily manage the next steps of the recruitment process.

You can log in to your company profile using the email address and password you used when creating the account.If you have received an email from us informing you that your job ad has been published on Jobportal, you can log in using the credentials provided in that email. We recommend that you change your password upon your first login.You can find expired job ads in your profile under “Inactive”. You can reactivate them whenever needed.

 

You cannot use the same email to register as an employer and as a jobseeker.

Campaign packages

You can promote your job ad on Jobportal and on social media by purchasing a campaign package. Jobportal currently offers four different paid campaign packages to support your company’s recruitment needs. For more information about our campaign packages, click here.

 

Campaign packages use Jobportal’s visual materials. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to use the client’s own brand imagery in the marketing. However, we recommend adding your company logo and any relevant promotional images to your job ad. You can also make your advertisement more distinctive by using different text formatting options.

Campaigns take your open position to where candidates already are. Visibility on candidates’ smart devices and social media can help attract even more passive job seekers.Passive job seekers are individuals who are open to changing jobs but are not actively searching for a new position or who are focused on specific companies and their career opportunities.

 

Not all companies want to purchase recruitment services to support their hiring process because they can be expensive. Many would like to invest in recruiting their first employee — but not necessarily spend thousands of euros.
